organic industry is showing a steady growth in New Zealand, and if we are to follow overseas trends it has enormous potential for significant growth.
As people become more aware of environmental and health issues, they are looking for alternative choices to those which have been traditionally available. We take our approach to Organics seriously and are committed to reducing the effect we have on the environment by using minimal, recyclable packaging and bottles.
Next to being certified organic we try to operate our business accordingly to minimise negative effects on the environment. We minimise packaging and recycle as much as possible. Our spent grain from our brews goes out to an organic olive grower to be used as mulch around the base of his olive trees, and is used to make the delicious beer bread in our kitchen.
